Warranty Coverage
Much like building a home, service starts from the ground up. We are staffed with knowledgeable employees that are trained to guide you every step of the way.
You will have a guided pre-closing orientation and inspection with your sales agent and builder, and you will receive a complete comprehensive Homeowner's Information Manual to familiarize you with your new home.
We have also developed a "Service on Demand" customer care program to ensure customer satisfaction. Your builder will contact you upon request to address any warranty concerns that may arise. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive 6-Year structural warranty that is transferable with the sale of your home.
