    Dave and I had our home built in Sept 2017 by 70 West! As soon as we walked into the model and met Sarah and Kristen we knew this was home! The whole building process was easy and uncomplicated from start to finish. We were looking for an open floor plan and 70 West had the perfect plan for us. From all the other builders we looked at we felt like 70 West had more features included and very little upgrades were needed. We’ve been here a little over a year and have had no issues whatsoever.
