Driving Directions

From Jacksonville: Take US HWY 17 South into Surf City approximately 26 miles turn left onto HWY 210, Magnolia Reserve is approximately 1.8 miles on left. From Wilmington: Take either I-140 North and merge into US Hwy 17 north (or take US HWY 17 north directly from Wilmington) into Surf City approximately 28 miles, turn right onto HWY 210, Magnolia Reserve is approx. 1.8 miles on right Alternate route: Take US Hwy 17 South into Holly Ridge approximately 21 miles turn left onto HWY 50 ( Ocean Rd) approximately 3.5 miles turn right onto HWY 210 Magnolia Reserve is 1.5 miles on left
